NJ off-duty police officers were allowed to use marijuana without being disciplined, though some municipalities have placed bans. Firefighters are still unsure where they stand in legal marijuana. Steve McConlogue is the president of the largest state firefighter union. He worries that a positive drug test could invalidate worker’s claims for compensation.
