The collection of police raids on commercial cannabis farms has fallen by over 17% within the final 300 and sixty five days, Freedom of Files figures advocate.
Jamie Barnes, from Dagenham, used to be convicted in 2015 of cannabis cultivation after he grew the drug in his council flat. He used to be given a suspended sentence and probation. He instructed the Victoria Derbyshire programme he used to be extra jumpy relating to the prospect of being robbed by fellow criminals than being caught by police.
